STEPS for Recovery is conveniently located off of Interstate 40 at exit 290.
Traveling on I-40: Take exit 290 for NC 54 toward Cary.
From the East (Traveling I-40 heading West): Turn Left onto NC 54 (Chapel Hill Rd.).
From the West (Traveling I-40 heading East): Turn Right onto NC 54 (Chapel Hill Rd.).
Continue to follow Chapel Hill Rd for 1.2 miles.
STEPS for Recovery will be on the Right at the intersection of Chapel Hill Rd and Reedy Creek Rd.
We are participating providers with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medcost, Medicare, and Tricare, and we are part of the State Health Plan “Clear Pricing Project” (CPP) and North Carolina TBI Waiver Program. We accept some other insurances as an out-of-network provider. Please check with your carrier prior to your first appointment to verify that you are eligible for out-of-network benefits if you have insurance other than Aetna, BCBS, Medcost, Medicare, or Tricare .
We can NOT accept Medicaid and we no longer file claims with United Health Care. Please contact our office to discuss options if you have Medicaid or UHC .
